Includes 1 letter of 17 April 1965 to Marshall E. Bean enclosing Wheelock's poem "Evening Star;" 1 autograph copy of Wheelock's poem "Telos," dated 4 May 1965 and accompanied by some autobiographical information; and a draft of a lecture entitled: "Van Wyck Brooks: A man in quest of the truth," which Wheelock delivered 29 April 1964 on the occasion of the opening of the Brooks Exhibition at the University of Pennsylvania Library. In the audience were Dr. Robert E. Spiller, Mrs. Brooks and others.
